FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How will I get my online order?

Once you have placed an order on this website you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Within 2-3 business days you will receive another email in which you will be notified of your shipping details.

How long will it take to get my order?

Haggle Huge use external contractors who deliver usually within 2-5 business days.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

In order to maintain our exceptional levels of delivery service we only deliver within Australia.

I want to order something, how do I know if you have it in-stock?

We have three massive Adelaide warehouses so most stock on our website is able to be collected or delivered immediately. If you want more information regarding a specific item, please contact your closest Haggle Huge store and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

What happens if there's missing or faulty parts?

If you have any issues once your items have been delivered simply phone or email us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and the appropriate action will be taken to rectify your problem in a timely manner.

What if I need help assembling my item?

Once your item has been delivered simply contact your closest Haggle Huge store who can arrange a time for somebody to come to your home and assemble your goods at an agreed price.

How do I pay online?

You are able to pay for your online purchases using PayPal.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online: we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, or you can choose to pay in-store or by finance. Please note, on some orders, you may be requested to show proof of ID (e.g. licence) and the credit card used to purchase the item prior to deliver.

Over the phone, we accept payment by credit card, however, at the point of delivery, the credit card holder will need to be present.

In-store we accept cash, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express merchant charges may apply).

Do you offer finance?

Yes, we offer Certegy Ezy Pay and GE Finance for in-store purchases. To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years of age and be a permanent Australian resident as well as hold a current drivers licence. Please contact your nearest store who will advise you of any further requirements.

Can I lay-by?

Our stores offer a six-week lay-by period, however we are flexible and are always happy to extend if you feel you require more time. Simply call the store of purchase and have a chat to the manager regarding your purchase.

Can I buy Haggle Co gift cards?

Yes! We sell gift cards in our retail stores and will be selling them online soon.

So I've ordered online. Where is my confirmation email?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 30 minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have incorrectly entered your email address. Also, check your junk email folders to ensure that the email hasn’t ended up in there.

If it’s not in your junk email folder, please contact us with your full name and order number and we can confirm your order for you.

Can I make changes to my existing order?

You may make changes to your order prior to your goods being dispatched. Please be aware that special orders may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Can I cancel my order?

You are welcome to cancel your order before the goods are dispatched but cancellations do incur a $75 administration fee. Once the order is dispatched for delivery you will also be charged the nominated delivery fee as well as the administration fee.

What happens if something I order is out of stock?

You will be notified by phone or email immediately and be given an estimated arrival time for the goods. If you would like to go ahead with your order you will be contacted as soon as the goods arrive into stock. Alternatively you are welcome to cancel your order at no cost to you if you feel the delay is not suitable for you.

What if the system packs it in while I'm ordering?

If you experience any technical issues while using the site, please contact us or your closest Haggle Huge store and we will assist you.

How do I search for items on this website?

The easiest way is to go to the Online Store page and click the link to the department you want your furniture from. Another option is to use the ‘search a product’ field in the top right of the page underneath the navigation bar. You can use this to search for a product you may have seen on television, in the newspaper or in a catalogue.

What currency are prices displayed in on the Haggle Huge website?

All products are displayed and charged in Australian dollars (AUD inclusive of GST).

I've seen something I want in a Haggle Huge store, but I can't find it online. What do I do?

If you can’t find the item you want online, please contact the store you saw the product at and we’ll make sure we locate it for you.

What's the go with returns, refunds and exchanges?

Our mission in life is to make your purchasing experience as easy as possible, but we understand that some items are not always suitable and need to be returned. Items purchased on our website may be returned for exchange or a refund at any Haggle Huge store. Your receipt or proof of purchase must be presented at the time of any refund or exchange. Please note, your confirmation email is not proof of purchase; you will need your invoice or delivery note.

How do I leave feedback on my shopping experience?

We want your online shopping experience to be as seamless and enjoyable as possible. For questions, compliments, concerns or comments relating to the website or online shopping, contact us. For all other Haggle Huge enquiries (e.g. stock locations, opening hours, careers) please call your closest Haggle Huge store. If this doesn’t answer your question or you have a specific query please email us.

How do I know if the furniture will fit in my house?

The furniture on our website has dimensions that specify the height, depth and width of a product. You can use these dimensions to measure a space.

Do you stock package deals?

We do offer packages but not in the traditional sense. Simply have a chat to one of our friendly sales team who will help you put together a package that suits your needs and offer you the best price possible.

Can I change the products in a package deal?

You can up-size a package deal, (e.g, changing the bed from a queen to a king, or the sofa from a 2-seater sofa to a 3-seater chaise), although this will incur an extra cost. Downsizing package deals is not possible as the package has been put together and priced based on volume buying.

In order to purchase products from the website with exclusive coupon discounts, you will need to join our ‘Deal of the Week’ mailing list. You are required to provide Haggle Huge with accurate personal information when signing up to ‘Deal of the Week’ or when placing an order online. Providing another person’s details as your own will be deemed unacceptable and fraudulent. Any personal information collected by Haggle Huge shall not be disclosed to any third party unrelated to the Haggle Huge business unless such a disclosure is authorised or required by law, or you have expressly consented to such a disclosure. Haggle Huge otherwise relies on its privacy policy.

PayPal Information, Payment and Security

PayPal information collected for the purpose of payment of products purchased at Haggle Huge will be stored securely using a PCI DSS compliant solution. PayPal information will be masked on your account and will not be visible to Haggle Huge Customer Service operators. Provision of PayPal information as payment for the product/s constitutes an agreement of your purchase of the selected product/s. You must not pay or attempt to pay for product/s using fraudulent PayPal information, this is unacceptable and punishable by law. Haggle Huge will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses (directly or indirectly) suffered where a PayPal account is fraudulently used or used in a way which is not authorised.

When you register your personal details to place an order, a secure server is used. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypts the information you send through this website. Haggle Huge does not take responsibility for the strength or effectiveness of that encryption and does not accept responsibility for events arising from unauthorised access for the information you provide.

Pricing and GST

All prices on the Website are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. GST is subject to change and users of the Haggle Huge website will not be informed by Haggle Huge if a change occurs. International purchases are still required to pay GST. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Customer Communications

Haggle Huge will communicate with you regarding your order and the product/s purchased using email. You must provide a valid email address to Haggle Huge for this purpose. If you have any queries regarding your online purchase you are welcome to contact info@haggleco.com.au. From time to time, Haggle Huge will also send you marketing material. If you do not wish to receive such material, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by following the unsubscribe link included in all marketing email correspondence.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order or parts of your order before the goods are dispatched by Haggle Huge but you will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee. Once the order is dispatched for delivery you will also be charged the nominated delivery fee, as well as the cancellation fee.

Haggle Huge reserves the right to cancel your order if:

  • You provide incorrect or unauthorised PayPal details
  • We are unable to process your payment with the details provided
  • You provide invalid personal details
  • The product has become unavailable

Haggle Huge will notify you before cancelling your order, a refund may be issued to the PayPal account provided during the purchase process.

Delivery

Once you have placed an order on this website you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Within 2-3 business days you will receive another email in which you will be notified of your shipping details.

Haggle Huge external contractors deliver furniture and baby goods to the Adelaide metropolitan area only, usually within 2-5 business days. If you would like goods delivered outside of the metro area, or interstate please contact your closest Haggle Huge store for your delivery options. We use external contractors for our deliveries and they require 72 hours notice when booking in a delivery. You will be required in person accept delivery of your order, the courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If you wish to change the delivery date you will need to email info@haggleco.com.au at least 72 hours prior to the dispatch of your order. If you are not available at the address specified by you when the courier delivers your goods, you will need to contact Haggle Huge at info@haggleco.com.au to arrange another delivery date which will then incur extra delivery charges. Haggle Huge delivery contractors deliver to your door, if you would like the items brought inside your premises the contractors are willing to do so, however, neither Haggle Huge nor the contractors will accept liability for any damages that may be incurred at your premises or to the goods during this process. The delivered goods must be signed for on delivery, implying the goods have been received in good order. Goods which are packed with any scratches, dents or marks are to be reported to info@haggleco.com.au within 24 hours for action to be considered. Our delivery contractors are not insured to deliver goods upstairs. If they do so at your request, it is at your own risk to your premises and the goods delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure access is appropriate for the goods you are having delivered. Every effort will be made to deliver your goods on the delivery date requested, however if due to unforeseen circumstances the goods are unable to be delivered Haggle Huge will make every effort to contact you to advise you of the change. The delivery fee charged is for one delivery address only, if you require delivery to multiple addresses then you would need to order items on separate invoices and pay separate delivery charges.

Warranty and Returns Policy

Please choose goods carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind, make a wrong decision or the product was not what you expected.

You are not entitled to a refund if you found the item cheaper somewhere else.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods purchased will fit into your house.

Due to Australia’s strict hygiene regulations we do not return or exchange mattresses, ensemble bases, pillows and bedding. Your mattress warranty will be deemed null and void if you have not used a mattress protector for the life of your mattress.

Please note that timber and leather are natural products which will vary in colour, finish and grain. No two items are the same with knot and grain variation being as nature intended.

Haggle Huge will repair or replace (at the manufacturer’s discretion) any product that has a manufacturing fault for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to goods used for normal domestic purposes and excludes products used for commercial purposes. This warranty does not cover fading of fabric or leather, rips, wearing, pilling, surface dents, chips, scratches or accidental damage or breakages. Damage as a result of improper assembly of self-assembled products. Damage caused by misuse or improper cleaning, wear and tear, softening of foam resulting from normal use. Damage incurred during handling or transportation of the goods by the customer or their contractor. Discolouration of leather or fabric coverings resulting from exposure to direct sun-light, extreme heat or similar conditions.

If your goods require warranty inspection or repair Haggle Huge contractors will pick up the goods on your behalf providing the goods were originally delivered by our own contractors, if however you arranged your own transport it will be up to you to bring the goods back to our repairer for inspection.

Rugs

The rugs which are sold on this website will vary to the range available in Haggle Huge stores. Online prices may also vary to the prices in store, please note that Haggle Huge does not price match. Rugs which are purchased online are dispatched from our interstate warehouses. Due to the distance, delivery delays are to be expected of up to 14 business days. Once your rug order has been placed, there will be an email sent to you within 2 business days, this email will include a delivery attachment allowing you to track your order, as rugs are delivered through courier companies and not Haggle Huge contractors. As each state in Australia is governed by different laws, goods can be held by authorities for a certain period of time. Haggle Huge is not liable for this type of delay as it is out of our hands. Please choose your rug carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Legal Capacity

You must be eighteen (18) years or over to purchase products from this website. Any purchase you have made using this website is an acknowledgment that you are over the age of eighteen years, accept the terms and conditions and agree that you have entered into a legal contract with Haggle Huge. Haggle Huge reserves the right to take legal action and seek compensation from the parent or guardian of a minor who causes an order to be placed, for any damage or loss Haggle Huge may suffer due to any transactions made by a minor. This contract will be governed by the laws of South Australia. Any dispute Haggle Huge find arising out of the use of the website, or the products purchased from it will be subject to legal action.

Vouchers and Promotions

Haggle Huge uses vouchers for promotional purposes from time to time. Vouchers are in AUD, and include GST, the validity dates are as specified on the promotional material or on the promotional landing page and are valid for 30 days. Cash redemption for a voucher code is not possible. The vouchers are a one time offer off the total invoice amount and may be limited to a certain product quantity or brand. Each voucher code may only be used once per customer by entering it during checkout on Haggle Huge and by clicking “Apply”. By submitting your email address on the promotional pages on HaggleHuge.com.au you agree to receive our Haggle Huge marketing material. Please read our privacy policy for more information.
